De acuerdo a la normativa se debe realizar por lo menos una revisi\u00f3n peri\u00f3dica a sus redes internas de suministro de gas en per\u00edodos no superiores a 5 a\u00f1os desde el centro de medici\u00f3n (redes internas, equipos a gas, sistemas de ventilaci\u00f3n y chimeneas).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Principales aclaraciones:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
1. \u00bfCu\u00e1ndo inicia la fecha de vigencia de la Resoluci\u00f3n?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
La Resoluci\u00f3n 059 de 2012 entra a regir a partir del primer d\u00eda h\u00e1bil siguiente del sexto (6) mes de la entrada en vigencia del reglamento t\u00e9cnico para la actividad de revisi\u00f3n peri\u00f3dica de las instalaciones internas de gas expedido por el ministerio de Minas y Energ\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
2. \u00bfPara qu\u00e9 empresas del grupo aplica esta Resoluci\u00f3n?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
La Resoluci\u00f3n 059 de 2012, salvo en el plazo m\u00ednimo y m\u00e1ximo, que aplica para todas las distribuidoras, aplica para Gasoriente, Gas Nacer y Gas Natural S.A, ESP. En el caso de la Empresa Gas Cundiboyacense no aplicara hasta que se termine la vigencia de los contratos de concesi\u00f3n especial para que la prestaci\u00f3n del servicio p\u00fablico domiciliario de distribuci\u00f3n de gas natural por red de tuber\u00eda en forma exclusiva en el a\u00f1o 2014.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
3. \u00bfPor qu\u00e9 debo hacer la Revisi\u00f3n Peri\u00f3dica?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
La Revisi\u00f3n Peri\u00f3dica de las instalaciones a gas, fue instaurada por la Comisi\u00f3n Reguladora de Energ\u00eda y Gas (CREG) bajo resoluci\u00f3n 067 del 21 de diciembre de 1995, y modificada por la resoluci\u00f3n 059 de 2012 de la Comisi\u00f3n Reguladora de Energ\u00eda y Gas (CREG) \u201cpor la cual el Usuario deber\u00e1 realizar una Revisi\u00f3n Peri\u00f3dica de la Instalaci\u00f3n Interna de Gas entre Plazo M\u00ednimo entre Revisi\u00f3n y el Plazo M\u00e1ximo de Revisi\u00f3n Peri\u00f3dica con Organismos de Inspecci\u00f3n Acreditados en Colombia para esta actividad como Gas Universal Reparaciones<\/strong>, las cuales podr\u00e1n realizar la actividad directamente como Organismo Acreditado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
4. \u00bfCon qui\u00e9n puedo hacer las reparaciones que se deriven de la Revisi\u00f3n Peri\u00f3dica?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
Con toda empresa que este inscrita en la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio ( SIC) y cuenten con sus certificados de competencia laboral vigentes, emitidos por los organismos autorizados para tal fin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
